How do I order a custom make headgear?

Step 1: Select which of the above styles you wish to customise.
Step 2: Check out our Sizing Guide and find out which size headgear to order. To get the best measurement for a headgear, use a tape measure or piece of string. Measure across the forehead going around the side of the head just above the tips of the ears and around the back of the head. Headgear should be a snug fit.
Step 3: Time to get creative! Select which colours you want for which part of your headgear. Headgear are made up of four basic parts, the Bonnet, Band, Tape and Logo. You can select colours for each of these four parts.
Step 4: Select your size, and select "Custom" for the colour.  Choose the colours you want on each part of the headgear in the "Build Custom Headgear" area. Select "Buy Now".
Step 5: Proceed to checkout. Fill out your delivery details or if you are a VIP customer, login in to your account as prompted. Follow the on screen instructions to complete your order

No returns or refunds will be given on headgear which have been customized. Once the headgear has been made the purchase must be completed by the customer.

Please allow an extra 1-2 weeks, on top of normal handling and delivery estimates, for us to make your one of a kind headgear.

If you cannot be bothered with all this choosing and creative stuff, maybe you will be more into our Ugly Headgear! They are made of a totally random collection of panels sourced from our various headgear styles in assorted colours. Ugly Headgear are 100% unique - no two are the same!

PARTS OF A HEADGEAR

There are four parts of a headgear you can customize, the Bonnet (top of the headgear), the Band (Middle section of the headgear where the logo is), the Tape (the tape that separates the bonnet from the band and then also frames the face), and the Logo (The CCC Logo on the front of the headgear's band). The Lace at the back of the headgear cannot be customized (is always black); however you can purchase a chinpad and lace pack which will give you 3 assorted randomly coloured laces for the headgear.
